Today’s tip is another gentle one – we’ll warm up as the month goes on. The best thing you can do for your mojo is get more sleep. Either go to bed earlier, or get up later – your body doesn’t care which. But make it a priority. Even skipping one hour of shut-eye can tank your desire, so don’t scrimp – OK?
